The 3000-12S with brackets retracted, pneumatic assembly deflated, and stripper rubber open.
The 3000-12S will perform the same function as the 3000-12 except that it does not have the ability to be remotely operated, such as the 3000-12, the 3000-12L, and the 3000-12V. It uses manually extendable brackets along with the pneumatic tube assembly. This diverter system uses the patented two-piece stripper rubber which was designed exclusively for Divertech. This pneumatic diverter can be lowered to the ground by clamping stripper rubber around the drill string, pulling lock pins, and lowering with top head. Once the unit is on the ground, replace lock pins and inflate the pneumatic assembly. You are now ready to proceed with your drilling operations while Divertech puts the drill cuttings where you want them.
The casing flange simply slides down over the casing (plastic or steel), and is held securely in place by inflating the pneumatic assembly. An optional flange can be used if casing is set to more than 12" above the ground surface, or if operator chooses to simultaneously grout casing while continuing his drilling operations.
The flow line can be manually rotated 180 degrees to direct drill cuttings to the desired location.
Optional extension brackets can be used to adjust or retract the overall height.
This unit is furnished complete with:
- Control unit
- Primary inline air regulator
- Air lines, and
- Mounting brackets.
